After you make your purchase, please send your guest list, names of the bride & groom and wedding date as a word document to the e-mail address above. This must be your final guest list.

You may choose the script style for the bride and groom's names from the attached list. If you would like your seating plan created with the same script styles as the sample displayed, please indicate 'same as sample' with your guest info via e-mail. The guest names are all listed using our standard font Mrs. Eaves.

Once all of your guest list information has been received via e-mail, we will send a proof to you within 24 hours on weekdays. Within a maximum of an additional 24 hours after your approval you will receive your final wedding seating chart poster.
